Return & Refund Policy

At PURPLE JERSEY, we accept returns within 14 days after delivery of your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• the item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition;
• all tags must still be attached;
• the item must be returned in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Customized or used items are not eligible for refunds.
